Types

Type 1	For a working pressure of 15kg/cm2g
Type 2	For a working pressure of 22kg/cm2g

• Application: Conveys sand from sandblast equipment to clean steel or concrete before painting or sealing. Conveys sand or shot basting work and wherever abrasive materials are carried at a high velocity The hose used for sand /shot blasting applications for conveying sand and other abrasive materials at high velocity in heavy engineering industries , ordnances factories etc.
• Construction:
• Tube:  Extra thick seamless tube of soft natural rubber compound of high tensile strength , excellent abrasion  resistant and free from any mineral filler .
• Reinforcement:  Piles of woven of high strength natural or synthetic fibre.
• Cover:  Natural / synthetic Rubber , cloth marked finish .
• Electric Conductivity:  Low resistant electrical bonding wire is in-corporated between the reinforcement plies to provide electrical continuity along the whole length of the hoses.

Service Temp Range: - -40F TO +158 F
